Christ of the Abyss is a submerged bronze statue of Jesus, the first & amp; amp; Original statue is in the Mediterranean Sea right from San Fruttuoso is located in the Italian Riviera.
In 1954, the sculpture was placed 17 meters underwater. Statue of Christ 2½ feet tall

In 1965, it is about in just 8 meters deep, near Key Largo, Florida, was placed in the United States.
