Longleat is an English "big country house" - as in large and stately residence, is about two hours drive (in the southwest) from London, England. Longleat was rebuilt after a fire in the late 16th century again and is currently owned by Alexander Thynn, 7th Marquess of Bath, who is a direct descendant of the builder busy.
Longleat is perhaps best known for its outdoor garden hedge maze, where all the walls of the passages are actually vertical hedges.
