Rennes-le-Château is a small village in southern France, many conspiracy theories towards the village have been conducted, some say, a priest named Bérenger Saunière discovered a buried treasure (somewhere around the 19th century), which is the exact treasure is disputed, the claims divers (the treasures of the Temple of Solomon, the Ark of the Covenant and the Menorah). After Dan Brown's novel "The Da Vinci Code" printed the village was almost tripled the amount of tourists. the Spactacular bulding the Tour Magdala between 1898-1905 is on the edge of the village, the. as a library to Saint Mary Magdalene was used dedicated, until today there is no certainty where did Bérenger Saunière the money to fund all had buildings he was found guilty in 1911 (at the church) in the sale of ecclesiastical privileges (such as pardons or sinecures), but that's still not enough to oppose the many conspiracy theories.
