Wadi Mujib (or "Arnon" in Hebrew - mentioned 24 times in the Bible) is a canyon that was carved by the river. Wadi Mujib in Jordan Western (runs in the east side of the Dead Sea) away.
The river runs dry in summer (or almost dry), some of the remote mountain and valley regions around Wadi Mujib to be difficult to achieve - making it a great place for scarce species of wild cats and other mountain dwellers
