As in the airport terminal, waiting for my flight to departure and watched a man run around anxiously. He just got information that his flight was delayed for 2 hours. Assuming he's a businessman, he just missed his meeting. I started thinking about what now? Who is responsible for the damage that this man is always responsible? What are my rights as a passenger? Suddenly I hear something about "Flight right". A woman came up to him and started me and said something to him. When I got on my flight, I asked myself these questions.
The world flight right ran through my mind the whole flight. When I got home, I decided to do a research. Just wrote "Flight right" on Google and whoa, I have some interesting results. The first thing I read is what my rights as a passenger. And so, under (EC) Regulation 261/2004 passengers to compensation of 125 euros to 600 euros per person (regardless of the ticket price) in a titled event of flight cancellation, delay or overbooking, which can not be avoided by the airline. So I have another question asked myself. How am I supposed to get this balance? I am not familiar with the process and by the time I trusted realize all this, I get so much time that in the end it is not worth it to spend. As I read on, I realize this is the place where I should be. This company is flightright.com have to do with all legal procedures.
