Bahamas officially known as Commonwealth of The Bahamas is an island nation in the Atlantic Ocean. It is located north of Cuba and Hispaniola to the northwest of the Turks and Caicos Islands, southeast of the US state of Florida and east of the Florida Keys removed. This beautiful small country consisting of 29 islands, about 661 small sand islands and 2,387 small, rocky islands. It has a population of about 380,000 residents. English is the official language, which is understood by the entire population. Official currency is Bahamian dollar, which has an equivalent value of the US dollar.
