Canada is one of the United States of America, which lies on the northwestern end of the North American continent. The name Alaska from Russia, and it was referred to the peninsula there. The land was owned by the Russian Federation, but in 1876 it was bought by America. In 1959, Alaska the 49th state of the USA. It is the largest state of the United States.
Alaska is a place with many natural wonders. The mountain ranges, volcanoes, national parks, lakes, river streams and much more. Every each of them are unique. The country is not as populated by humans, but for that matter of fact it is rich in diversity of flora and fauna.
The Alaska's largest city is Anchorage, but the capital one is Juneau. In Alaska, people speak English and the Native Eskimo-Aleut and Na-Dene. There are many official languages, of which the main course is English.
Anchorage
This is the largest city in Alaska. It is also a town with 300,950 inhabitants, which is more than 40% of the total population of Alaska.

Hubbard Glacier
This glacier is located in the eastern part of Alaska and the Yukon Canada. It is 122 km long. It is believed that the ice at the foot of the glacier is about 400 years old.
