South Africa, or officially the Republic of South Africa (RSA), is a country located in the southernmost part of Africa. There along the South Atlantic coast and in the Indian Ocean stretched with 2798 km. This country is a multi-ethnic society and has a wide variety of cultures, languages and religions.
About 80% of people there are of black African descent shared among a variety of ethnic groups speaking different Bantu languages. Nine of these languages an official status.
The name comes from its geographical location at the southern tip of Africa. In the formation of the country, the Union of South Africa was named, but in 1961 the name was South Africa has been amended.
This country is filled with many attractions. One of the 3 main cities, Cape Town is that the most is known, and is known from the mountains above him.
