The Devils Marbles Conservation Reserve is located right in the middle of the "Northern Territory" in Australia. The Devils Marbles are a series of large round boulders some seem unlikely to remain balanced in the position they are today. Many layers of sandstone on the granite caused the granite to crack and then the erosion of sandstone granite pop to the surface. The pressure was gone, had to extend the granite; Cracks formed, and it fell apart in large, square blocks, the blocks were then formed by wind and rain and heat to the amazing round rock now known as the Devils Marbles.
Karlu Karlu / Devils Marbles are a high spiritual value to local Aborigines
