Meteora, Greece

The Meteora (which is etymologically fairly close to the word - "Meteorite") is a very large & amp; amp; important Orthodox monastery in Greece. the Meteora monastery is actually composed of six monasteries that dramatically on sandstone rock pillars that were built up in the sky.
The Meteora monastery is not far from the river and Pineios Pindos Mountains, in central Greece. The nearest town is Kalambaka
